The grapes used to make Sixpence wines were formerly grazed by sheep on our fields, and the renowned Daniel Smiles, also known as Sixpence, was the shepherd there. Opstal is pleased to offer our easy-drinking, lifestyle wine line as a tribute to Sixpence and all of the farmworkers on our estate.

Of course, it is possible to give the wines online via Wines of Eden as gifts to family, friends, acquaintances or business relations.

Please feel free to contact us to hear about the possibilities.
