Finca Malaveïna – Castillo Perelada
€ 34,30Castillo Perelada was purchased in 1923 by Miguel Mateu, a former mayor of Barcelona, near the town of Perelada in northeastern Spain. It turned out that the castle had a long history of producing wine: ancient wine cellars beneath the structure were found, where the Carmelites had been producing wine since the Middle AgesMiguel’s greatest ambition was to bring back this age-old custom.
Three generations later, Castillo Perelada is now recognized as one of Empordà’s most significant wine estates. Greek settlers established the region’s first vines in the sixth century BC, giving the DO Empordà, in addition to Perelada, a long history of wine production. Gelber Muskateller – Fichtenbauer Mold
€ 13,46The grapes for this fresh, elegant Gelber Muskateller grow in one of our vineyards right next to the winery. It’s a prime example of what this variety has to offer – not too assertive, with subtle elderberry notes. The vines grow on multi-layered loess soil, which also contains clay, so the grapes ripen later than other varieties. Bottling takes place in spring, and from then on the wine develops the smooth character that makes it so enjoyable to drink.
Gruner Veltliner Kamptal – Fichtenbauer Mold
€ 8,45The wines from Kamptal are typical of the unique style of this wine-growing region. They carry the designation DAC, which stands for Districtus Austriae Controllatus. This legal abbreviation is used for Austrian quality wines that are particularly representative of their region and have unmistakable regional characteristics. DAC wines reflect the typical qualities of their area of origin, making each sip a true expression of the region’s unique terroir.
Gruner Veltliner Kamptal Dechant – Fichtenbauer Mold
€ 8,45The special weather conditions of the Ried Dechant have a great influence on the development of this powerful Grüner Veltliner. In the north, the location is strongly protected from the wind by a stand of trees. This allows the grapes to ripen quickly and the acidity to remain mild. After the harvest, the wine is stored in wooden barrels on fine yeast for at least a year, which allows it to develop into a round and characterful wine. This Grüner Veltliner has a high storage potential and is meant to be experienced, tasted and enjoyed slowly.

Gruner Veltliner Ried Panzaun Kamptal – Fichtenbauer Mold
€ 11,50This pure loess location, with predominantly flat vineyards, is situated on a high plateau south of Langenlois, at an altitude of around 220 to 290 metres above sea level. The loamy-sandy terroir has a balanced mineralogical composition, making it ideal for the typical Grüner Veltliner variety.

€ 8,65Peralada, a small village in the northeastern corner of Catalonia, is located at the foot of the Pyrenees and near the Mediterranean Sea. In addition to the beautiful nature, the village also has the castle. This castle is where the beautiful Perelada winery is located. In 1923, this castle was bought by Miguel Mateu.
His mission was to revive the passion for wine that had existed here before. Today, Javier Suqué – grandson of the founder – combines these old traditions with many new, modern techniques.

Cézanne immortalized the mountain of Saint Victoire in his artwork, and at its base lies this estate, which has been the residence of the Negrel family for seven generations.
Només Garnatxa Negra
